Makes me wonder what ever happened to the flipped house at 22 Fairview that was listed at $2,099,000 but then dropped to $1,895,000!
I'm pretty sure that never sold so is that coming back on the market soon?
PS. I hope for the new owner's sake that this guy on the front lawn isn't a neighbour...
