10 Noel Avenue - BENNINGTON HEIGHTS

I first posted this 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms recent reno on a 50 x 100 lot in Bennington Heights in August.

But it wasn't for sale in August.  It was for lease for $8,250/month.

It is now for sale...

For $1,798,000.

It was last for sale in 2009 for $998,000 so they have clearly done a lot of work.

And though I like it for the most part, the layout makes each space on the first floor seem really squished.  

So, with only 3 bedrooms, is the price too high? 

Probably.

Depends on how badly you want in this neighbourhood!
