This house isn't huge but it is really nice.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 15 x 125 foot lot with a garage (that isn't falling apart).
The house is in good shape. The floors are good, there seems to have been a bit of an extension out the back which creates a sitting/breakfast room and the backyard is great.
The only thing is I don't love the tile in the upstairs bathroom (or that window into the back bedroom) and the basement bathroom needs work. I am also not a huge fan of the kitchen backsplash or the tin ceilings (the only one I have ever seen that I like is the one at 54 Stanley Terrace).
But those aren't super expensive changes.
This is a solid, move right in house.
The asking price is $699,900.
Because it is move right in, it will go over ask but the fact that it is the middle of the 3 row houses might hold back any crazy offers.
But I doubt it.
This house will sell for closer to $783,000....maybe even a bit higher.
