I have to admit, I am a little underwhelmed.
Actually, at that price a LOT underwhelmed.
It's not that it isn't a great house. It is but when the pocket door to the kitchen is the most exciting thing in the house, can a $3.5 million price tag be rationalized?
Sure, this is being sold as a condo where maintenance is taken care of with fees of $750.000/month....
But $3.5 million!?!
If I wanted to live in a 2 bedroom contemporary 'coach house', I would rather live at 5 Miles Place....
For a 17% of the price!
