And it went for....
I first posted this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60.71 x 131.29 foot lot at 4 Medalist Road in Saint Andrew's in September.
It is a beautiful house as is but needs an updated kitchen, new bathrooms and better access to the backyard from the back of the house.
Because of that and the $1,499,000 price tag, I thought this place would get torn down for a new build.
It never sold and it was relisted a week ago for $1,399,000.
It sold 4 days later...
For $1,373,000.
I really hope they keep it as is because it could be great but odds are, this is what we are going to see on this lot in a few months....
But I hope not because this could be a great house with just a little restoration!
