And it went for....

It sold!!!

The house at 986A Logan Avenue in Playter Estates that was first listed at $799,999 has finally sold!

But no where close to THAT price!

The photo above was the first listing photo for this house.

For the first price drop/relist in February where the new price was $749,900, they replaced the photo with this one....

As I pointed out, a similar house at 192 Fulton that was first listed at $699,800 ended up selling for $591,000, so this price was a still way too high.

The new photo didn't help it sell and the price was dropped again a couple of weeks later to $719,900.

Again, it didn't sell and at some point must have had another price drop to $684,500.

It finally sold....

For $615,000.

They tried with that initial $800k listing price but that was WAY off.
