This house is a bit of a mess but it could be beautiful.
It is a detached 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 28.58 x 87.67 foot lot. That means the backyard isn't deep but it is wide and there is space for 2 cars.
But really...a LOT of works needs to be done.
So when it was listed at $1,100,000, I didn't think it would sell right away or for ask. I thought this house would sell for high $9s...maybe just over $1 million.
It didn't sell right away but it did sell faster than I thought.
After 11 days of being on the market, this house sold...
For $1,055,000.
But considering that the totally renovated semi at 140 Crawford Street in Trinity-Bellwoods sold for $1,600,000 a year ago....maybe this was the right price.
That driveway is a big plus.
