I could be wrong, but I am almost certain that this is another one of those houses that was reported as sold a few weeks ago and is now on the market again.
But I could be wrong because here is the price history:

It's 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a 14.5 x 60 foot lot.

Ideal For Young Professionals That Want To Live And Work From Home (R2 Zoning)
So, I guess that is what a couple who only needs 1 bedroom, maybe 2 for a guest room, would use the extra 2 bedrooms for.....Offices.
Otherwise, this house on this lot in this location does not makes sense for anyone else really....
Which is why it has probably had a hard time selling.
But why do I think this sold already? I am not sure.
