Guess this owners of this house don't watch tv or read the internet because if they did, they would know that the house RIGHT beside his house at 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue just sold...
And that place was completely redone by
HGTV's Scott McGillivary of Income Property fame.
This house RIGHT beside that Income Property house, with basically the same lot size at 13.92 x 65.50 feet and with 3+1 bedrooms (where are they!?!) and 3 bathrooms is currently listed at...
$679,500!!!
That is $18,000 MORE than what the renovated neighbour sold for.
So....not going to happen.
But since the basement is done, it will probably sell above 6.
Probably closer to $610,000....maybe up to $625,000. It does need a LOT of work.
BTW, if you like the kilim pillows on the first floor...
