Is this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30 x 110 foot lot right across the street from Jackman Public School priced right at $1,699,000?
Well, considering that the Butternut house was completely done....
And it will take a LOT more than $250,000 to get this up to the same condition....
Yes, I think it is overpriced.
There is a ton of potential in this house. It is most likely just a reno without any major structural changes, but to do it right, with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, this reno will be more in the $350,000 range, if not a little more.
Unless you want to keep it as a duplex with a main floor in-law suite and a kitchen on the second floor.
But then there are TWO kitchens to redo.
This is an excellent opportunity but I think the price is just too high....by about 20%.
This will see price drops.
