Guess the new buyers didn't mind having their closets IN the master bathroom!

It was just listed a little over a week ago at $1,189,000.

It is a good house but has quirks, and for me, the only master closets are in the bathroom would be a deal breaker for me.  I thought if all the buyers felt the same way, this house would sell for $1,115,000.

If there was a buyer out there that didn't mind the closets in the washroom, this would sell just shy of asking.

I guess some one didn't mind those closets.
