I first posted this house at 264 Willow Avenue in the Beaches at the end of January.

As far as new builds go, I really liked it even though it was quite narrow.

It is 4+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and it sits on a 21 x 140 foot lot.

It was listed at $1,499,000 and I thought it would go fast...perhaps up to $1,560,000 even though it was not super close to Queen.

Two days later, the house beside it at 266 Willow Avenue that was done by the same builder was relisted at a price drop from $1,849,000 last August to $1,688,000.

It was bigger but I preferred this house.  

But 266 Willow sold at the begining of February for $1,620,000.

This house took longer.

There was no garage, it was narrower, and the deck wasn't as good.

It sat for a while but finally sold last week....

For $1,420,000.
