PRICE DROP #2 - 251 Manning Avenue - LITTLE ITALY

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi in Little Italy was first listed in December for $768,900.  I thought it was priced about $80,000 higher than what it would sell for.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in February to $749,800.

Well, it looks like even that poster of for Lionel Ritchie isn't helping this place sell...

There has been another price drop.

This house is now listed $54,100 less than its first list.

The new price is $714,800.

Though this place has potential in a good location....I still think it is a little high.
