And this time they're getting serious!
This house was first listed in May 2012.
I like it but it isn't huge and it is only 3 bedrooms. Plus, there is no legal parking.
The asking price was $1,839,000 which was crazy.
I thought it was more of a $1,539,000 house...
MAYBE.
Well, after almost a year and 6 price drops with the most recent being down to $1,599,900 in February 2013, this house has really dropped its price this time around.
The new asking price for this house is....
$1,369,000.
If the row house at 91 Summerhill Avenue on the other side of Yonge Street can sell for $1,119,000 BEFORE all the work that needs to go into it to fix it up.....
I don't see why this couldn't sell for $1,455,000.
But too bad it wasn't priced like that to begin with.
This will probably sell closer to $1,385,000.
P.S. This isn't good news for 87 Summerhill Avenue.
