PRICE DROP - 80R Crescent Road - ROSEDALE

Looks like I'm not the only one who thought the $3,495,000 asking price for this coach house condo was all kinds of crazy.

It is a very well done home but it is only 2 bedrooms.  Sure, this isn't being marketed to a family....but still!

After a month and a bit of being on the market and not selling, this place saw a price drop 2 weeks ago.

The new price is...

$2,990,000.

Hmmm...

Any takers or do you think it will have to go down more?  I think it needs to go down another 10-13%.
