PRICE DROP - 80R Crescent Road - ROSEDALE

This is a converted coach house.  

It has been completely redone and it is now being sold as a 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo.

It was first listed at $3,495,000.

Unsurprisingly, it didn't sell.  The price was dropped to $2,990,000 a month later.

I thought it was still 10-13% overpriced.  A reader thought it needed to go down to $1.8-$2.2.

The new price is down 13% to $2,590,000.

Not sure it will go down as low as the reader suggested but I do think it still might be a bit high.

Maybe $2,425,000.
