PRICE DROP AGAIN - 80R Crescent Road - ROSEDALE

Technically, this isn't a price drop for this listing as this house that has been listed since March is now listed with a new agent.

This is a 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom coach house condo.

It was first listed at $3,495,000.

Umm...

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $2,990,000 in April.

Again it didn't sell and the price was dropped to $2,590,000 in May.

I thought maybe $2,425,000.

Then for some reason, after not selling again, the price went UP at the end of May to $2,690,000.

Again no sale.

Now, there is a new agent and the price is back down...

To $2,590,000.

It's still too high.
