After a little Googling, I found this picture from a 2004 Canadian House and Home article about Hasbani's house at the time....
It's the same Hermès blanket and side tables that are in this house!
So, it has to be Hasbani's house.
It's basically like walking through his store! It's the exact same!!
But he has sold.
This house was listed at $1,995,000.
It sold for $1,925,000.
If you are into some of this stuff, like the guy in the corner wearing soccer shoes and socks...
Or some masks...
Or just an amazing piece of furniture...
