30 Melva Crescent - AGINCOURT
This is a 4+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom flip on a 50 x 123.25 foot lot north of Finch off Brimley.
It's a good flip. I prefer the old windows and the darker paint (which you can see in the before photos below), but the inside is fine.
But that is not why I am posting it.
I am posting it because the second I saw that address, this is what came to mind...
I know that is an 'e' in the address but I just couldn't help myself!!!
This house was last listed pre-flip in September 2012 for $499,000.
Post flip, this house was first listed in April 2013 for $695,000 before the price was dropped in May to $669,000.
It is now listed at $659,000
I am not super familiar with the neighbourhood so I can't tell if it is overpriced or not. It is awfully close to the Finch Hydro Corridor though!
But I can say that I promise I won't get side tracked with Seinfeld videos today like I did yesterday with Rich Kids of Instagram and Brad Pitt's hair (see here, here, and here).
After seeing Pitt's flowing locks yesterday, the first thing that came to my mind was this...
And I couldn't stop thinking about it.
Now everytime I look at Pitt, I am only ever going to think of this...
