This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25.75 x 90 foot lot.
Though I am not sure when it was last listed, this house looks like a flip.
And they did a good job.
I really want to take those upper cabinets off that wall in the kitchen and this stained glass window is giving me a cross between Gonzo from the muppets and somebody's junk...
Or maybe it is just a yellow zucchini and 2 apricots with a plum on top.

The backyard looks like it has a new patio. The fence does not look new (one board is completely warped) but it has been painted. The NanaWall patio door at the back is pretty great. The windows at the front don't look like they are new but they have been painted. The floors look like the original as does the baseboard. So basically, it's a house with some paint, a few new pot lights, a few new windows at the back, a new IKEA kitchen (I think. Is that pull out pantry by the fridge from IKEA?), a fixed up basement, and a really nice, new bathroom.
But there is no tub. If you have little kids, that isn't good.
Oh! And no parking.
Looks like that wasn't a problem for someone though.
This house was listed at $879,000.
As this is a fixed up detached house in a good location, it wasn't going to sit for long.
It sold in 4 days...
For $910,000.
Those upper cabinets though....they need to go.
