Jo is in this one and so is Cloris Leachman...
AND did you know that Jo's brother was the kid in Alice!?!
And while I am at it, though it has nothing to do with The Facts of Life....
I think I am getting a little distracted...
Back to this super exciting house.
It's listed at $1,550,000.
It has a lot going for it but it is only 3 bedrooms, it needs some work, it's on a corner lot....
I think it will see a price drop.
