This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 120 foot lot at 481 Rushton Road. in Humewood.

It's a really good, move right in house with a family room addition in the back but it is still only 3 bedrooms.

It was priced at $979,000.  I thought that considering that it was only 3 bedrooms that it might be a little overpriced and would sell closer to $945,000.

It just sold...

For $1,135,000!!!!
