mishMASH Monday - PRICE DROP

This is a beautiful, 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom cottage with 2,000 feet of shoreline and 4 vacant water front lots located at 98 Scully Road in Muskoka on Lake Joseph.

It's really large and could be made into a family compound (because everyone needs a family compound).

But $15,500,000!?!

As I said, this is a beautiful cottage, but for me, it is REALLY dark.  It would make such a difference if the walls were painted white like the bedroom. but I guess they were going for an old school feel.

I just still can't get over the price.

And it looks like I was not alone.

This cottage has had a price drop...

To $13,300,000.

I'm not in the market for a family compound so I could be wrong, but this still seems kind of high, no?
