PRICE DROP - 370 Berkeley Street - CABBAGETOWN

And here I thought this was going to sell fast!

This is a really nice 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on the west side of Parliament in Cabbagetown.

It doesn't have the perfect location but it is a good house even with a few quirks.

It was first listed in June for $1,495,000.  That was a 15% increase from the asking price just 2 years earlier.

I thought it would sell fast and just under list.  Probably somewhere around $1,445,000.

It hasn't sold and just over a month ago, the price was dropped to $1,469,000.

I am guessing there will be another drop soon....
