PRICE DROP - 62 Claremont Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS

This 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in Trinity-Bellwoods has been listed for a LONG time.

I first posted it in May 2012 when it was listed as 1+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and I LOVED it.

I loved the black kitchen, the black and gold wall paper....the stairs.

It was listed at $1,375,000.

Since then, it looks like they rearranged the furniture to make this an official 2 bedroom and it seems like they have added a bit more fur.  They kept the purple bedspread that reminded me of a 70s dress.  Perhaps I was thinking of this...

They also moved this chair that I didn't notice before from the corner in the living room to the bedroom...

I really like it even though it reminds me a bit of a Snowth...

But even if there were other people out there that loved it as well, it looks like they haven't found a buyer.

It is still for sale, and a month ago, the price was dropped.

The new listing price is $1,295,000.

This is a unique condo.  

But is the price still too high?

Maybe they should throw in the chair.
