AND IT WENT FOR - 151 Lippincott Street - SOUTH ANNEX

A little over a month ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse on a 13.25 x 137.08 foot lot at 151 Lipponcott Street in South Annex.

It was first listed in April for $1,039,900 and had dropped its price when I posted it.

In mid-August, the price was $989,000.

I thought it was overpriced still but not my much.

I was thinking something closer to $925,000, especially since it had been sitting for so long.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped again last week to $949,000.

It sold 4 days later...

For $945,000.

Looks like I was a little low.
