There are a lot of things about this house that make it really appealing.

The inside has had a complete renovation and they did a good job. I am not crazy about the countertop but it works. The bathroom upstairs isn't huge but it is new.
This is a move right in house in a neighbourhood that is only going to see growth. It is listed at $689,900.
Though it will probably sell closer to $745,000 because this is such a good move in house...
It might sell even higher (especially considering what the house in my last post sold for!).
If this is what I got to see everytime I walked out of my house in the morning...
