This is a beautiful house both inside and out. The backyard is AMAZING!!!
The house is 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 163 foot lot.
The inside is completely done and it isn't stuffy like you would think from the front of the house. The front is very traditional but the inside is definitely updated. There isn't a lot I would change.
Though there are many thinks different, there is something about this house that reminds me of the larger house at 93 Dunvegan Road that sold for $5,565,000 in May. That house was bigger and was a little more contemporary but I like how this house is modern yet comfortable and is still traditional.
I can't decide if I would paint those back doors black like the Connie Braemar designed Lawrence Park house at 115 Rochester Avenue that was for sale over a year ago for $4.3 million...
Otherwise, this house is perfect and move right in.
It is listed at $3,900,000.
It's kind of a hefty price tag but I don't see this sitting for long.
Unless you want a traditional living room.
That might make the price go down to $3,465,000.
Even with the Pellegrino.
