If you like white, then you will probably love this house. But if you aren't into red kitchens, you probably won't be into it. The red is a very intersting choice. I love the concrete floor, but not the red so much.
But I do agree that this is a very nice house inside and out.
I just don't get why the video is taken from the dogs point of view...
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 17.5 x 101 foot lot with one parking spot.
It was first listed in May for $1,189,900 before the price was dropped in July to $1,149,900.
It is now listed at $1,149,000.
Not sure that $900 is going to help but this is a good house in a neighbourhood that is getting better and better.
It still might be a little high for a row house.
Maybe $1,129,000.
It is a lot of house!
