AND IT WENT FOR - 91 Ashdale Avenue - LESLIEVILLE

This 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 121 foot lot at 91 Ashdale Avenue in Leslieville was listed last Tuesday.

I posted it Wednesday morning.  

It sold on Thursday.

I really liked it even though parts of it were a little rough around the edges.  There didn't seem to be a dishwasher, there was a possible plumbing issue red flag with that plunger in the bathroom (or maybe it was just a personal issue), and the basement didn't look like the ceiling height was very high. 

But I liked the style of the house, the backyard was really big, it had a garage/office at the back with baseboard heat, and the house came with the lights!

It was listed at $569,000.

Because of the possible plumbing issue and the no dishwasher thing, I thought this place was would to sell around list.

Or someone was going to LOVE it and pay up to $613,000.

Well, I am thinking the plunger wasn't a plumbing problem after all...

AND they found someone who REALLY loved it...

This house sold after only 2 days on the market...

For $697,500!!!
