And it went for....

This 5+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 32.5 x 108.83 foot lot at 410 Armadale Avenue in Bloor West Village has been listed for a LOOONG time.

I first posted this house in May 2012 but it had already been on the market since at least April.

It was listed at $1,349,900.

The layout was a bit odd with closets lining a wall on the first floor which limited the floor plan. There was a lot of wasted space.  

I thought the price was way too high and that is was a $1,199,000 house.

Looks like I wasn't the only one who thought it was odd because it never sold and the price was dropped 3 days after my post on May 25 to $1,279,900.  

It never sold and was off the market for a while.  

A year later in April, it was back on with a new price AND a new look.  And I didn't really get it.  It looked like walls were added but I have no idea if those closets stayed.

The new price was back to $1,349,900!!!

But AGAIN it didn't sell and the price was dropped in on September 10 to $1,299,000.

It sold on September 13...

For $1,225,000.
