AND IT WENT FOR - 79 Crawford Street - NIAGARA

When I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 23 x 110 foot lot at 79 Crawford Street (that apparently isn't a semi) at the beginning of the week, it was the first of a couple other Niagara houses that I proceeded to post.

One of the houses I posted was a sold house at 57 Shaw Street that was listed at $1,069,000 and sold for $1,105,000. The other one was another sold house at 167 Strachan Avenue that was listed at $799,000 and sold for $901,000.

This house was listed at $1,249,000.

I really liked it.  It's bright, I like the style of the renovation, it's done top to bottom, it has a great backyard....and though the square footage might not be much bigger than Shaw, it felt bigger.

And I thought it would sell right around list, or about $150,000 more than Shaw.  

It just sold...

For $1,365,100.
