PRICE DROP - 20 Cluny Drive - ROSEDALE
I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 42.41 x 235 foot lot in Rosedale at the beginning of August.
All the limestone in it reminded me of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels...

Here is the backyard of this place...
Speaking of the backyard, when I first posted this house, I was a little confused.
I thought the house in the background of this picture above was the back of this house. It is not. It's the neighbour. So, it's not as private as I thought but still not bad.
Inside, this house has even more limestone and probably echos like crazy. It isn't my style at all but could be somebody's. The kitchen will probably need updating sooner than later.
At an asking price of $8,900,000, you are probably going to spend a few hundred thousand more to update it though.
But there have been no takers yet and this house has dropped its price. Something that doesn't happen so soon at this price range, so I am guessing these people really want to sell.
The new asking price is $8,650,000.
Not a bad drop, but if they want to sell soon, they are going to have to go down more.
Do you think the person who eventually buys this is going to keep this?
