The renovation is really good but might not be for everyone. Any old charm this house might have had is gone.
And though it is a move right in house, it is a semi that might not appeal to a lot of people.
It was listed at $3,949,000.
Based on the neighbours at 110 Park Road and the house with a similar feel at 44 Walker Avenue in Summerhill, I thought this house was priced too high.
Looks like I wasn't alone.
This house has dropped its price...
To $3,895,000.
Or just over 1%.
Not sure that is going to do much.
