There have been a few price drops today, but of all of them...
THIS one was totally unexpected!!!!
This 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom coach house condo was first listed in March.
The asking price was $3,495,000.
Yes.
$3.5 MILLION.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $2,990,000 in April.
Again, it didn't sell and the price was dropped to $2,590,000 in May.
I thought maybe $2,425,000.
Then, a few weeks later, the price went UP at the end of May to $2,690,000.
Unsurprisingly, it didn't sell and it was relisted with a new agent and another price.
$2,590,000.
It's still not selling and the price has been dropped AGAIN...
To $2,499,000.
It's the lowest yet but it is still too high.
