But this house could use updating. That extension with the doors doesn't look like it is insulated and it has baseboard heating. According to the listing, the kitchen is new but I didn't realize you could buy backsplash like that anymore. This place is going to need a LOT of primer. And it's hard to tell, but those windows don't look super new.
So, what would you think this would sell for? There are a few things going for it. The location, it's detached, it has a new furnace, apparently it is new wiring, and the basement apartment is so new that it isn't even completed yet.
I would think around $865,000, maybe a bit higher.
