13 Barfield Road - EAST YORK
Though this house might look familiar, and it is so familiar that I thought it already had a post on the site, it is actually a new build and a new-ish listing.
This is what it looked like a year ago when it was listed for $569,000...
And the reason it looks so familiar is because it is located right beside the house at 11 Barfield Road...
That had been a Done Deal in the Globe and Mail.
It's got to be the same builder.
That house was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was listed at $1,130,000. It sold for $1,130,000.
This house is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well and it sits on a 31.5 x 110 foot lot with a garage.
It's basically the same house but with pea gravel instead of a deck but it does have better stairs. I guess that is kind of a trade off.
It was listed at $1,199,000 a few weeks ago when it was posted in Toronto Life.
It is now listed at $1,188,000.
I don't see why this house should sell for $58,000 more than its neighbour so we will probably see another price drop.
