Does this place look familiar?
If it does, it's because I posted the sale of the attached condo at 143 Roxborough Street West just last week.
These condos are mirror images of each other, and though both are good places and done well, this one just shows better.
I prefer the fireplace. Thehe kitchens are similar, but I prefer this one.
I prefer the furniture and styling in this place over its neighbour.
And though some people don't like painted floors, I think the floor looks great! It really brightens up the space.
143 Roxborough Street West was listed at $769,000 with monthly fees of $1,017.60/month.
It sold for $775,000.
Just one week later, this condo is listed at $865,000 with the same condo fees.
Hmmm.
$90,000 more?
I don't think so.
Maybe $40k more...
Or $815,000.
Maybe.
But not $90k!
