This house was listed a few days ago.
It is 7+1 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms on a 100 x 580 foot lot.
There were no pictures at first so I have been anxious to see the inside.
It's a huge old house in Rosedale that looked a little run down a few years ago, but has been under renovation for a while. I had assumed it was a private home but, as it is now for sale...
It must be a flip.
I was a little trepidatious for the reveal.
And?
Well....the staging is terrible, the photos aren't great...
But the lawn looks beautiful...
It is a huge ravine lot....
There is parking for 8 cars plus a 2 car garage...
The staircase is grand...
The living room is beautiful and could look like the fancy living room in the house at 30 Rosedale Road (if that is your thing)....
There are beautiful details on the dining room ceiling that have remained...
The bedroom has some interesting panelling...
Then I saw the kitchen....
It can't BE!!!
THIS is the kitchen!?!?!?!
A flip kitchen!?!
Thankfully....
It isn't the main kitchen. This kitchen is located on the third floor.
There are no photos of the main kitchen.
But if they did this AT ALL in this house, what does the actual kitchen look like!?!
Or the bathrooms!?!
This house is listed at $11,388,000.
UPDATE: Thanks to the commentor below who pointed out that this house sold for $3,750,000 in 2009.
It is now listed for $7,638,000 more!!!
This is like a large scale version of the house at 116 Glen Road that sold under a million 2 years ago, was flipped and renovated (and it took forever!). It was initially listed at $3,280,000. It's now listed at $2,395,000.
Just looked at the pictures of this house again.
Seriously. Why did they even 'stage' here!?!
