There is no parking but, according to the listing, there are no issues on this street and it is permit parking.
This is a great house.
It is located across the street from the semi at 41 Palmerston Gardens. That house was on a similar sized lot but felt smaller, it was darker, it only had 3 bedrooms, and the reno didn't seem as recent.
It sold for $876,000 last fall.
This house is listed at $995,000.
Is it worth $119,000 more?
This house does show a LOT better....
I need to see that basement and that laundry room/second bathroom thing though. If it is great like the rest of the house, I say it will sell for list. If not, probably just under.
