559 Ossington Avenue - BICKFORD PARK
Yesterday, I posted at house 328 Palmerston Boulevard in Palmerston.
It might be my favourite house to date. It's at least in competition with the awesome house at 446 Hillsdale Avenue East.
But no matter how badly I want 328 Palmerston to stay just the way it is, it will probably be gutted.
I just hope it doesn't end up like this house.
As the reader who sent this in (thanks M!) said in the title of his email....'you won't believe this crazy m-fo..'
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom triplex on a 30 x 124 foot lot.
It is listed at $1,769,000.
I guess for a triplex, it's fine.
I just really, really hope that this is not the fate of 328 Palmerston.
