I first posted this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 30 x 129 foot lot at 290 Palmerston Avenue in Little Italy.

It has a bit of an 80s/90s vibe going on but it could be great.  And it has a huge coach house.

It was listed for the first time in February for $1,649,000.

It didn't sell and was back on the market for $1,595,000 at the beginning of May.

When I posted it in June, I thought it was priced to high and could sell around $1,395,000...

Perhaps $1,450,000.

But not above $1,500,000.  It could be great, but just needed too much work to go above that.

It finally sold...

For $1,470,000.
