Possibly one of my favourite listings of all time (other than this one) has SOLD!!!
This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 33 x 127 fot lot at 328 Palmerston Boulevard (click the link to see it!) was listed a little over two weeks ago.
The inside is full of character, and there is an amazing office and basement.
It was listed at $1,415,000.
It sounds high but I thought it was a good price because the house was huge and on a good lot, and it would probably sell around list.
It sold...
For $1,420,000!
Or $5,000 over list.
