PRICE DROP - 139 Galley Avenue - RONCESVALLES
I first posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Roncesvalles a few weeks ago.
It's a good house with a fairly recent reno that sits on a 20 x 128 foot lot.
It isn't super big but I feel like it could feel more spacious if certain things were done a little differently. For example, I don't understand all that closet space along the wall in the living room. Or why the dining room is squished at the top of the stairs. Or why the fireplace takes up so much space in the living room
And I am kind of confused about the overall layout.
It's a really nice house, just not a $1.2 house.
It was first listed at $1,199,000. I thought it would sell slightly under, probably closer to $1,165,000.
It hasn't sold, and as of yesterday, the price has dropped...
To $1,149,000.
