PRICE DROP #3- 355 Blythwood Road - LAWRENCE PARK

I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom new build on a 45 x 258 foot lot at 355 Blythwood Road at the beginning of September.

It had been listed since June.

Though it is a new build and has many typical new build features, I really like this one.

I like the kitchen (though it needs another oven), I like the floors, I like the look of the front...I just don't like the staging.  I think this house would look great with a different look.

This house was listed at $3,295,000 in June.

When I posted it, the asking price was $3,195,000.

I thought perhaps it was more of a $3,050,000 house.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $3,049,000.

Still no sale and the price has been dropped again...

To $2,995,000.

My guess is that it will be sold within the week.
