It is currently set up as a 2 bedroom house, but I wouldn't be comfortable having my kid right at the front door while I was upstairs. Especially considering that this guy might be sitting there without you knowing....
Actually, I think that is the realtor or an actor (who knows, maybe it's the owner!) welcoming us to the house in the video tour (click here to see it).
You get the idea though that I think that bedroom at the front might make a better office than a bedroom!
And as a 1+1 bedroom condo alternative, this is amazing. I am not into the pea gravel backyard, but I love the interior, the kitchen is bright, there is parking for 2 cars.
