This is a 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 191.5 foot lot in Forest Hill.
It's a Georgian with a mix of traditional and contemporary styles.
It sort of reminds me of the house at 230 Russell Hill Road in South Hill that was listed at $4,800,000 and sold for $5,200,000.
To me, the kitchen doesn't really seem to go with the floors or those dining room chairs, but the counters could be changed to look like the ones at 230 Russell Hill which would update it a bit. But that is kind of nitpicking. Even though I don't love the counters, this is a great house.
The person who bought this house probably isn't touching that backyard though! From the signs on the front of the house on the street view, it looks like the backyard was recently redone.
Do you think it was all redone around that pizza oven?
Gwyneth Paltrow would be proud.
But even if you didn't like the pizza oven, or the kitchen and bathroom counters, at this price point, you are probably going to redo those anyhow.

It sold...
For $5,050,000.
Less than the similar house at 230 Russell Hill.
Must have been the lack of coach house and ravine lot.
