AND IT WENT FOR - 45 Prue Avenue - ENGLEMOUNT

I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 45 Prue Avenue in Englemount in August.

I liked it.  I didn't love the floors and I didn't hink it was a super large house but it was move right in with a happy feel.

The price, for the neighbourhood at this point, was just too high.

It was listed at $1,850,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped by October to $1,779,000.

I still thought it was too high and this was more of a $1,650,000 house.

It sold last week...

For $1,626,000.
