But for the price, this is a REALLY good opportunity.
IF you are okay with no parking.
Considering that this is such a busy street, that isn't really a great thing, but there is transit right outside your door....

I think it will sell closer to $675,000. If it hadn't been for the fact that they will need new windows with that bus stop right out front, I might have even gone higher.
