AND IT WENT FOR - 66 Dunkirk Road - EAST YORK
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 134.25 foot lot at 66 Dunkirk Road in East York in May 2012.
It was a simple enough house that looked like it had been a bungalow with a second floor added at one point.
But it had this weird rock runner going right through the living room and dining room into the kitchen...
And I couldn't stop thinking about this episode of Entourage (video NSFW)...
After seeing this picture...
It was listed at $749,900.
Though it has 4 bedrooms, it was fairly dated and I thought it was high for the neighbourhood. Perhaps somewhere closer to high 6s, maybe a bit more if they tidied a little more.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in October to $739,000.
It never sold and it was brought back on the market a year later in October 2013. The new price was $674,900.
It just sold...
